Please note that registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received. A confirmation letter of registration will be sent to all delegates upon receipt of their payment together with an invoice.
Remember to bring your green pass when checking in to the congress.

For each registration a handling fee of 15 € + VAT will be applied to cover administrative costs, bank or credit card expenses.

To submit your abstract you have to register, but do not worry. You can register now and pay later by chosing ‘Pay later’. You will still have the possibility to either reenter and pay by credit card or ask for an invoice.

//CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND

Any cancellation of registration have to be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail aini@aini.it.

You are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration. Please communicate the change to the secretariat at aini@aini.it indicating name and personal email address for the new person. All accepted refunds will be made after the congress.
