All applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail of their registration. Registrations are generally processed within one business day after received. During the bussiest registration periods, your registration may take up to 7 business days to process.

An official confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail within two weeks after receipt of full payment, with confirmation of your requests according to the submitted registration form. Finally, a letter including logistic and practical details will be available in the registration area online (login with the detail you received during your registration) approximately two weeks before the congress. We strongly recommend that you present your confirmation letter at the registration desk in order to collect your congress badge.
